Mike Jones recently joined the Encounter Church leadership to serve as the Praise and Worship Director. WI. Mike Jones oversees all aspects involved in the music and sound production for all Encounter Church services.

These groups include singers, musicians, sound tech and management teams and all other teams found within the Encounter Church Praise & Worship Department Policies. Though these teams are comprised of skilled and experienced persons, the door for those with a desire to learn is always open and so, many training seminars and workshops are scheduled and made available to the wider congregation and assimilation into the department is an ongoing process.

Mike Jones was raised in a household of faith by my parents and embrace the opportunity to be a beacon for God’s message. He is a husband, father, son, brother, friend, coach, musician, and speaker, in love with God and life. With over 30+ years of experience, He has a deep-rooted history with music, singing, and performing.
